Just a quick note to say thanks to everyone for the weekend. Some tough things said and some tough things taken. We've got a lot to do for next time.
In terms of the background stuff we covered, i'll be grouping the Q&As into logical sections and posting them so people can expand / challenge etc in the comments sections. I'll try and get that done over the next few days.

Yes, it was great that we were able to get together and talk frankly without it being a problem (and all of us taking things on the chin) all with the aim of making things more enjoyable for everyone in the group. VERY WORTHWHILE.

Hey Y'all. Glad the meet was productive and sorry I couldn’t make it - the draw of Motley Crue, Alice Cooper, The Cult, Iron Maiden, Europe et al was too much and I guess we were never gonna get a slot in time which all six of us could make. I look forward to reading/hearing about the discussions and the outcomes...
